Luiz
Felipe Guimarães Santoro Graduated
from São Paulo University Law School (USP), specialized in Sports
Management from FGV/SP, MBA in Football Industries from University of
Liverpool (UK) and postgraduate in MERCOSUR and Integration Law from
Buenos Aires University (Argentina). Vice-president of the Sports Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar
Association (2005/2006) and President of the Brazilian Sports Law Institute
(2007/2009 - 2010/2012). Member of the Sports Legal Studies Comission of the Sports Ministry and Member of the Technical Comission which analyses projects under the Sports Tax Incentive Law. Experience of twelve years at Demarest
& Almeida – Advogados, having worked two years, as Demarest’s
representative, at Marval, O' Farrell & Mairal (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
In 2002 Santoro was included by the Britain magazine Latin Lawyer in
the roll of the 40 best Brazilian attorneys under 40 years old ("40
under 40 - Brazil") and in 2005 he attended a two-months internship
at FC Barcelona (Spain). Sole Brazilian member of ASPE - The International
Academy of Sports law Practitioners & Executives. Guest speaker
in congresses and events in Brazil and abroad. University professor.

Fernando Almeida Dias dos Santos Jr. Graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, postgraduate in Civil Procedure Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Master in International Sports Law LL.M from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía – ISDE (Madrid – Spain). Experience of three years in the litigation department of Demarest e Almeida – Advogados, focused on consumer relations, distribution agreements, credit recovery, negotiations and litigation involving big corporations both national and multinational. Experience of three years as an in-house attorney of the intelectual property company Sun Microsystems do Brasil Ind. e Com. Ltda. In 2010 he worked for six months in the law firm LAFFER ABOGADOS in Madrid, Spain, dealing mostly with procedures before FIFA, FAT (FIBA Arbitral Tribunal) and CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport).

Mateus Donato Gianeti Graduated from São University Law School (USP). Experience of 10 years at TozziniFreire Advogados. Worked as Foreign Associate in the Finance Department of Mayer Brown LLP (Chicago, USA) from 2006 to 2007. Seasoned attorney with experience in structured finance transactions, capital market and M&A transactions, also working in general corporate law and banking law matters, in the incorporation of financial institutions and matters relating to foreign investments in Brazil.
